Receptionist & Office Assistant - Gaza

Position title: Receptionist & Office Assistant
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
1.       Manage office tasks including answers phone calls, write memos in English and Arabic, filing, photocopying, and exercising good judgment on all - matters.
2.       Responsible for keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming.
3.       Responsible for taking bookings for the meeting room and ensuring that it is kept in order.
4.       Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries.
5.       Support administrative requirements of multiple departments.
6.       Assist in any other related tasks.
7.       Maintain all office equipment (photocopier, fax, telephone system, intercom).
8.       carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor
 
Qualifications:
 
-          Related degree and at least 2 years' experience in the field.  (Preferable NGO's)
-          Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing (English & Arabic).
-          Have high communication skills and able to deal with office visitors.  
-          Have an organized approach and excellent time management skills.
-          Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
-          Excellent problem solving kills also required.
