MA’AN Development Center welcomed a delegation from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) during a field visit to two pioneering projects located in Al-Jiftlik and Tammun in the Jordan Valley, with the participation of project beneficiaries and team members at both sites.
The visit came within the framework of the "Green Circular Economy" project, aiming to highlight the outcomes of the current partnership and explore new opportunities for future collaboration in support of sustainable development in the region.
The delegation included the Spanish Consul General in Jerusalem, Mr. Javier Gutiérrez; Head of Cooperation, Mr. Ventura Rodríguez; Senior Program Manager, Mr. Jesús Tomé y Dominik; and Ms. Rocío Pérez, in addition to the agency’s technical team.
The delegation was received by MAAN’s team, including Ms. Dana Awad, the Manager of Resource Development and Communications, and Ms. Kayan Ashraf, Monitoring,Evaluation, and Learning Coordinator. The team provided a comprehensive briefing on the projects visited.
